Three ways to be in the room.

Empathy is not agreement. It is holding a perspective that is not yours long enough to actually understand it, and there are few faster ways to grow that than sitting with people who see the world nothing like you do. Everything here is a version of the same bet.

Agree to Disagree

Four people from different worlds take difficult statements they have not seen before, pick a side, and defend it in the room. The audience votes on every one. It has run in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Phnom Penh.

Global Sustainability Tours

Practitioners go behind the scenes at organisations doing remarkable things, to see how it is really done, warts and all. Ten in the room, the rest joining virtually, in the same conversation.

Events

Live sessions on the method itself. Practical, capability-first, and built around work you actually do rather than a lecture you sit through. Next up is The Sensing Drill on 17 September.

Why they sit together

Disagreement is not the problem. Pretending is.

A roundtable, a walkthrough of a waste room, and a drill on reading a hard conversation look like three different things. They are the same practice in three settings. Each one puts you somewhere you cannot stay abstract, next to people whose experience does not match yours, and asks you to stay in the room anyway.

That is Sphere 4 and Sphere 5 work, the affected indirect stakeholders and those who come after, made concrete. You cannot do it from behind a desk, and you cannot do it from a report. You have to go and be there.
