Short, practical, and built around work you actually do rather than a lecture you sit through. You bring a real working relationship or decision, and you leave having practised something on it.
Thursday 17 September, 09:00 CEST · 90 minutes · Zoom · Free, sign-up required
A 90-minute live session on training the one skill underneath every hard conversation: the ability to read what is actually happening, in yourself and in the person in front of you, before you start making stories about it.
Sensing is a trainable skill, not a personality trait. You practise in small groups, take the hot seat, and score yourself before and after on four dimensions. Your lowest score becomes your 90-day focus.
These sessions are aimed at people who negotiate and hold hard conversations for a living. Founders, senior leaders, coaches and facilitators, educators, and anyone who reads people for a living. They work whether the method is new to you or familiar.
Where a session collects data, the anonymised results go back to everyone who attended. Where the research behind it is still small and self-reported, that gets said plainly in the room rather than dressed up.
Four people from different worlds take difficult statements, pick a side, and defend it in the room. The audience votes on every one.
